If no image is here, I will try to fix it.White Rustoleum on the front, covered up old, worn areas. I scrubbed every surface with water first before I painted.

If no image is here, I will try to fix it.Before I took off the shutters and painted under them and painted them as well, (notice they're a lighter shade of gray now).

I will try to fix it.Underneath the overhang got painted white too.

If no image is here, I will try to fix it.I wanted to show how well water based paint adheres after it dries. It's true that it's soluble by water BEFORE IT DRIES. Of course, you'd never paint it before it rains outside. This pic is just my painter's pants showing a spot of paint from 2017 when I was painting latex interior paint on an inside wall. After it's dry, it's on there for a long time. Water based paint is much better on cleaning brushes, rollers etc. to reuse them instead of throwing them away. The paint on anything metal was Rustoleum.

If no image is here, I will try to fix it.This just shows the lower gray strip painted a bit lighter gray and also much shinier. This is a newer photo, I painted the skirting below it white and notice the shutters are back on and painted light gray, (black Rustoleum and white Rustoleum do indeed make gray Rustoleum..lol).

If no image is here, I will try to fix it.I took the 2 lights loose to paint the area under them.

I will try to fix it.Just a shot of the new paint, it's a cool contrast with the worn surface before.
