I repaired the window frame from the old water damage in the north bedroom possibly from the outside window being left open apparently constantly, previously. It was also caused possibly by a window ac unit in the open window fulltime, unsealed outside.

The oak room divider board. It's beveled and the screw holes were counter-sunk, (I backed out a screw to show it).
