This was in early 24', notice no metal tile backsplash or faucet yet. Installing the new sink. I used half that
tube of 100% clear silicone on it underneath, in addition to the little, vise clips that came with it, to secure it in
place. Notice that the front was router rounded and a gutter was routered into the front.

The kitchen sink box, the sink was purchased from Home Depot in Jan. 2024.

Joining the little countertop piece
to the big piece, see the biscuits and the glue?
Bringing back an 8 ft countertop in a 5 and a half foot cargo area, very slowly.
The butcherblock countertop before the polyurethane, a lighter shade, and before the cutout for the sink.
The new Price Pfister oil-rubbed faucet.
Installing the new Price Pfister faucet. It's a sprayer too, you just push a button on the tapered part of
the faucet. They appear to have it misspelled if you search it at homedepot.com, there it's roslyn, only 1 s.
Kinda funny, the box has 2 esses. Anyway, it's still there at homedepot.
Here's the link to it at Homedepot. - new tab
The old, orig., shallower mobile home sink and new, deeper, residential sized sink.
Another pic of the new and old sinks.
Frigidaire gas stove, all the burners work, clock.
The Amana stainless steel refrigerator closer up. An 18 lb bird probably won't fit in this design refrigerator freezer
but the original Frigidaire refrigerator will, it works and it's pretty big. It's in the living room now and it stays
with all the other appliances.
A very similar refrigerator, (if not the same one), at HomeDepot now.
These store links may eventually say error if the stores drop that item or manufacturer etc.
The Amana stainless steel refrigerator five year transferrable warranty, that starts AFTER the manufacturer warranty ends, it was probably one year.
Look at all that stuff it covers.
Minwax Helmsman polyurethane, (it's designed for marine applications also), was rolled on both sides of the countertop,
it is totally sealed, even around the sink cutout. Some people use linseed oil to finish but that needs to be reapplied twice
a year, plus, that way, half of the countertop, (underside), and around the sink wouldn't get any linseed oil after
it's installed.
A box of spare metal kitchen backsplash tiles. There's a whole packaged backsplash tile in there.
However, I doubt that any fall off, the entire back of them is adhesive. It was a one-shot job, after
they're down they won't come off with fingers only.
